CUES Technical Schools
From the CUES Technical School Director:
Welcome to the CUES, Inc., Technical School information center. I would like to thank you for your interest in our technical school program.
My name is Eric Sebring and I will be the new instructor for the schools. I will be updating this page with new class information, news and schedules as they become available.
I am presently in the process of updating all of the classes and the material that we will be teaching in the coming years. Our main objective is to teach your operators to be better at troubleshooting and become great operators.
The new classes will be designed around troubleshooting TV inspection systems.
The main class will be a two day class that starts with a basic understanding of electronics. Reading and understanding digital multi-meters. Basic soldering skills. Cable end terminations, light head builds, and TV truck troubleshooting.
We are also offing a one day class in combination with the main class for Lamp II. In this class, we will learn how the Lamp II works and how it interacts with the rest of the system. LED light head build is incorporated into the maintenance section of this course.
In the near future, we will also be setting up a class specific for grout trucks. This class will teach repair and maintenance on check valve, drip less fittings, pump rebuilds, and troubleshooting the grout plumbing system.
As you look through the new classes, you will see how we are going to be focused more on maintenance and understanding how the equipment works and what to do if a problem should arise. Instructing operators in proper set ups, procedures, and troubleshooting, will aid in keeping the equipment working productively.
If you have any questions, suggestions, or comments, please feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
