CUES To Be Purchased By SPX Corporation

CUES announced that it will be purchased by a subsidiary of SPX Corporation by the close of Q2 2018. The acquisition will substantially strengthen SPX’s global position in pipe inspection equipment. CUES has been the industry leader for over 50 years with an excellent reputation for high quality pipe inspection equipment and services. The strong CUES brand and team of people were the primary attraction for SPX.
