The WWCPA is a non-profit organization that seeks to recognize and develop the capabilities of all individuals involved in the operation, maintenance, and management of wastewater collection facilities. To accomplish these goals, the WWCPA has developed and administers a testing program that allows collection personnel to become certified at one of four different levels, based on education and experience.
